HUMANA is a well-known second-hand retail chain in Lithuania, which offers affordable, stylish and vintage fashion items. The first HUMANA shop in Lithuania was opened in May 1998. Today, at the end of 2022, the company operates 65 shops in total, of which four are vintage shops, and the on-line shop.
HUMANA shops are spread in 28 towns all over the country. The shops are divided into two main categories, working with different cycles: the shops that work in a 5-week cycle can be found in bigger cities and other shops that work in a 2-week cycle can be found in smaller towns. The prices in shops go down every week, allowing purchasing “fashion treasures” for less than the price of a cup of coffee.
The company also operates a second-hand clothes and textile sorting centre, which currently sorts more than 700 tonnes of clothes and footwear per week. The company has 997 employees.
