Humana activities in Kenya operate under two brands: Think Twice and Baltic Mitumba. Think Twice focuses on retail, offering second-hand clothing directly to customers through shops, while Baltic Mitumba operates in wholesale, supplying clothing in bales.

Humana activities in Kenya started in 2014 and have grown into a strong and dynamic network. Today, the organisation operates 69 shops, including 58 retail stores and 11 wholesale locations.

The operations employ over 750 people, with the majority working in retail, alongside teams in wholesale, administration, and warehouse operations.

Through both retail and wholesale models, Humana ensures that second-hand clothing reaches a wide range of customers, supporting accessibility, reuse, and local economic activity.
